Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Walnuts
  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • ¼ cup Cranberries
  • ½ Avocado Sliced
  • ¼ Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Arrange walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast in oven for 5 minutes, or until nuts begin to brown.
  • In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients.
