Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Apple juice
  • 4 oz Yogurt Plain, non-fat
  • 6 Ice cubes
  • ½ cup Blueberries Frozen
  • ½ cup Strawberries Frozen, unsweetened
  • ½ Bananas Frozen
  • 2 scoops Nutrim

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Stir occasionally, if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
