- ¼ tsp Salt To taste
- 1 ½ tbs Cinnamon
- 6 cups Water
- 2 cups Oats
- ¾ cup Milk Fat free or skim
- 4 cups Water
- 2 scoops Nutrim
Mix water and oats in a microwave-safe bowl. Place in microwave and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
Mix Nutrim into cooked oats.
Add milk, cinnamon, apple, and honey to the oats and mix well. Enjoy!
