Ingredients

  • 2 Apples Organic
  • 1 tbs Honey Organic
  • ¼ tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 ½ tbs Cinnamon
  • 6 cups Water
  • 2 cups Oats
  • ¾ cup Milk Fat free or skim
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 scoops Nutrim

Instructions

  • Mix water and oats in a microwave-safe bowl. Place in microwave and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Mix Nutrim into cooked oats.
  • Add milk, cinnamon, apple, and honey to the oats and mix well. Enjoy!
