Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 scoop Nutrim®
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 lb. French Cut Green Beans frozen
  • ½ cup Almonds slivered
  • ¼ cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  • PLACE cream of mushroom soup over medium-low heat on stove top.
  • ADD Milk, Nutrim®, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • ADD green beans and mix well.
  • SIMMER for 5 minutes.
  • PLACE green bean mixture in 8x11 pan and sprinkle almonds on top of mixture.
  • BAKE for 15 minutes.
  • REMOVE from oven and add bread crumbs.
  • BAKE for another 5 minutes, or until top is browned.
  • SERVE and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups Water
  • 6 Red Potatoes with Skin
  • 1 Head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 scoops Nutrim®
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Nutrim® Garlic Butter

Instructions

  • BOIL water in large pot.
  • RINSE potatoes and dice into medium size cubes.
  • RINSE cauliflower and cut into florets.
  • BOIL potatoes and cauliflower for 15 minutes or until easily pierced with fork.
  • DRAIN potatoes and cauliflower.
  • MIX with hand mixer until lumps are minimal.
  • ADD remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • KEEP warm and serve.

  • 16 oz Dry Corn Bread Mix
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Celery chopped
  • 1 small Onion
  • ¼ cup Nutrim
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 ½ cups Chicken broth Low-fat
  • 2 tbsp Dried sage
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the dry corn bread mix according to package directions. Let cool, then crumble.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease one 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • Melt butter in a large skiller over medium heat and saute celery and union until soft.
  • Mix Nutrim, celery, onions, 3 cups of crumbled corn bread, eggs, low-fat chicken broth, sage, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Place mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.

  • cups Whole Wheat Bread cubed
  • cups White Bread cubed
  • 1 pound Ground turkey sausage
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • ¾ cup Celery chopped
  • tsp Dried Sage
  • tsp Dried Rosemary
  • ½ tsp Dried Thyme
  • ½ cup Nutrim®
  • 1 Golden Delicious Apple cored and chopped (bite size)
  • ¾ cup Dried Cranberries
  • cup Fresh Parsley minced
  • ¾ cup Chicken Broth low-fat
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter melted

Optional:

  • 1 cooked Turkey Liver finely chopped

Instructions

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  • SPREAD the cubed breads in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes in the oven, until toasted evenly. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • COOK the sausage and onions in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring and breaking up the lumps until evenly browned.
  • ADD the celery, sage, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet. Stir for 2 more minutes to blend the flavors.
  • POUR mixture over the bread in the bowl. Mix in Nutrim®, chopped apples, dried cranberries, parsley and liver. Add enough low-fat chicken broth to moisten. Add butter & mix lightly.
  • SPOON into turkey to loosely fill. Or Place in a casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.

  • 7 Sweet Potatoes peeled & cooked
  • ¼ cup Nutrim Cinna-Butter
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Walnut Pieces

Topping

  • ½ cup Egg Whites
  • tsp Cream of Tartar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Filling

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Place sweet potatoes in bowl and mash.
  • Add Nutrim Cinna-Butter and brown sugar to potatoes and mix well.
  • Pour into an 8x8 greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with walnuts.

Topping

  • Add cream of tartar, vanilla and egg whites together in a large bowl.
  • Mix topping ingredients with hand blender, gradually adding sugar, slowly (for 8 minutes) til creamy marshmallow texture and peaks appears.
  • Pour egg white topping over potatoes and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly brown.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!

Classic Cranberry Relish

  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • 24 oz Cranberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 20 oz Crushed pineapple in pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Zest and juice the orange.
  • Place zest and juice from the orange in a large saucepan on low-medium heat.
  • Add cinnamon and additional 1/2 cup orange juice, stir and let simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 24 oz. of cranberries to saucepan.
  • Mix cranberries well until the pop and create a sauce (about 15 minutes). Turn heat to low.
  • Add brown sugar, honey and pineapple with juice to saucepan, mix well.
  • Remove from heat and place in fridge to cool.
  • Serve once dish is chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Optional additions to create cranberry salad: 
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 Apple, diced
1 tsp Ginger
