Lesson 1

Congratulations on getting started, we are so excited for you to be here with us. You have unlocked a free introductory course on using foods to lower cholesterol naturally! This course will help you on your journey to lower cholesterol naturally!

This course will walk you through a 7 day journey to incorporate cholesterol-lowering foods into your daily diet. While learning that you have high cholesterol can be overwhelming and scary, your meals do not have to be. Incorporating cholesterol-lowering foods into your diet can be delicious and nutritious! As you continue to complete the provided assignments, you will continue to unlock new levels that we have created just for you! Each day you will be asked to complete just three items: read, watch, and engage. First, you will read something that we have provided for you. Next, you will be asked to watch a video that we have created or provided for you. Finally, you will be asked to engage with the lesson by picking one recipe from a list to incorporate into your daily life!

By the end of this course, you will have tons of recipes to aid in your journey to lower cholesterol! This course will equip you with the knowledge and tools to be successful on your new journey!
